The Padma Bhushan Dr. M.C. Modi service Award for "Excellent Social Service to the Underprivileged" - presented to the President, MSS at a public function held under the auspices of the Senior Citizens Club(Central Govt) by the Governor of Karnataka, Sri. T.N.Chaturvedi - 26th Nov 2002.

As on 31st March 2010:
857 Students have benefited from scholarships since inception of the Education Scholarship Scheme and most are well settled.
Thousands of poor under-nourished sickly children have benefited from our Nutrition and Health Care Schemes, since 1987, whose quality of life has positively improved.
50 sites and 9 flats have been allotted to low income group persons, widows and families through our Mathrudhan Social Housing Project.
The dreams of our Founder are slowly being turned into reality.
